THE SQUAD GAUNTLET • 4 FIREFIGHTERS. 1 MILE. ZERO EXCUSES.

1. 4-Person Cohesion All 4 firefighters start together, tackle obstacle stations together, and must cross the limestone finish line together.

2. Twin Steel Ammo Cans Each squad carries two issued steel military ammo cans across the course. Squad members may swap carriers at will.

3. Squad Colors (American Flag) Your crew carries the American Flag on staff throughout the run. Never touches the ground.
