Chief Warrant Officer 3 Donovan Briley was the copilot of Super Six-One, killed when the helicopter was shot down. From North Little Rock, Arkansas, he was 29 years old. Donovan Briley's wife, Sharri Briley, has been an honored guest at Queenslake Horse Farm, bringing the human face of sacrifice to the Mogadishu Mile community. His memory lives on through those who carry his name on the course each October.
