His Story
Chief Warrant Officer 4 Raymond Frank was the copilot of Super Six-Four, one of the most experienced Night Stalkers in the battle. From Monrovia, California, he was 45 years old — a seasoned aviator who had dedicated his career to the 160th SOAR. His Silver Star honors his valor. Ray Frank's wife, Wilma 'Willi' Frank, has been an honored guest at Queenslake Horse Farm, sharing her husband's story with the community. His bourbon bottle, engraved with his name, is among the 19 collected by participants who run in his memory.
