Run the Mile. Carry the Weight.

Enter as an individual or team. Carry ammo cans, American flags, and replica M16s through five obstacles and 19 memorial stations deep in the Queenslake woods. Registration is completely free for all participants.

Join the Team

Be the Backbone of the Event.

Every great tribute runs on great volunteers. We need help with course marshaling, registration check-in, setup and teardown, vendor coordination, and more. Volunteers receive a commemorative t-shirt and the gratitude of every Gold Star family in attendance.

Come & Cheer

Witness Something You'll Never Forget.

You don't have to run to be part of this. Spectators are welcome — and essential. Come watch the opening ceremony, cheer competitors at the finish line, and stay for the all-day Music Festival from noon until dusk. Bring your family. Bring your flag.
